Relocating and transitioning of my family

Assuring the smooth transition of my two young children to a new home and a new school. Established a consistent schedule and routine for our household that would allow my boys to feel comfortable in their new surroundings. Being available at all times to help them deal with any and all fears or apprehensiveness of being in a new place. During this time I was a Level 4 (unsupervised) volunteer for the school, and involved myself in several school activities with my own children as well as others. This included but was not limited to chaperoning school trips, fundraising, clerical assistance (during staff cutbacks) and tutoring. I used this time with my family to not only help them to acclimate to their new home, but to familiarize myself with our neighbors and school staff in order to create a stronger local social network for Nicholas and Zachary as I prepared to reenter the workforce.
