Description:

IBM and the Norwegian Public Roads Administration are partnering on an ambitious nationwide toll management project for Norway’s road system. The “AutoPASS Grindgut” system in Norway will make use of roadside infrastructure installations throughout the country consisting of automatic tag readers and Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) equipment and software for vehicle identification. The data collected from this infrastructure will be analyzed both for tolling and traffic management purposes.

From a user perspective, the use of IBM Mobile First provides the means for developing self-service Smartphone and tablet apps for easier toll charges and payment processing as well as the delivery of service information and ultimately the use of GPS based tolling. Existing paper-based transaction processing will be phased out as part of the project.

Roles and responsibilities:

Develop Test Scenario, Test Cases, Test Execution plan, and QA sign-off documents.
