Title: Loan Officer, Mentor, Trainer, “Acting” Branch Manager for my Manager Scott Ryzdynski

I won various awards for production while here including Loan Officer of the Month for volume and production units, My boss, Scott Ryzdynski recruited me, knowing me from my days at America’s Moneyline with him, to help re-build the location.

2005 Bravo Credit Corp. 2911 N. Tenaya Way Ste. 201 Las Vegas, NV 89128 702-***-****

Loan Officer that won sales contests and Top Gun Award Production awards multiple times. Was recruited by Regional VP for this position from when they were my RVP at America’s Moneyline

2004-2005 America’s Moneyline 3811 W. Charleston BLVD Las Vegas, NV 89102-1846 702-***-****

Loan Officer/Mentor/Trainer/”Acting Branch Manager” for my boss Scott Ryzdynski

I won several “TOP GUN” sales awards with America’s Moneyline as well as setting NV state records with the company in both loans closed and volume. I did this multiple times and finished as the all-time record holder for loan volume in a single production month when the doors closed at the end of April 2005. I turned down a management positon in another state to look after my Grandmother and opting for a local position with Bravo Credit Corp.

2004 Aames Home Loan 500 E. Warm Springs Road Ste 230 Las Vegas, NV 89119 702-***-****

Loan Officer, was a consistent “Top Gun” producer during my tenure with Aames and was a Go For the Gold Contest winner. I left them on good terms closing my best month of production before I took a job with America’s Moneyline. I left due to a much better comp plan.

I also have mortgage experience with First Plus and Altiva Financial totally 6 mortgage companies over the years. All of the mortgage companies have since closed their doors, probably due to the bubble bursting back in 2006.

Work Summary/Philosophy: The bulk of my work experience is in sales/sales management/marketing. Besides working for 6 different mortgage companies over the years, I also have experience in other industries including: insurance/financial planning on fixed surety products, management recruiting, sports memorabilia (was Marketing Director for a sports memorabilia company), telecom sales (business), restaurant business, working with kids, and an acting stint, opening Caesars Palace Magical Empire in 1996, playing a character, Maximus in the show. I have extensive experience in both inside and outside sales. I’ve always done my best to understand the product I represent, the competition and why it’s best to go with what I’m representing as well as listening to the customer’s needs, so I can best serve them. I can be a team player or lead a team, depending on what is needed. I have a competitive streak, but I do my best to help others that may be in need. I think successful sales boils down to desire to provide exceptional customer service, having that “attitude of gratitude” and “attitude of service” as well as KNOWING the products and or services the company I represent provides. It’s also great to ask plenty of questions “data mining,” so you can understand what the customer is looking for and better close them on the sale and the customer being happy as well as satisfied with me (and the company I represent.) It’s also great to ask for the referral business. If you enjoy what you do, you’ll never feel like you are working a day in your life, even when you have to put in some long hours at times.

My Objective: To locate a satisfying position for income production, personal growth and to benefit my employer. I am ready to serve, lead by example and give 100% every day. I prefer a position in inside sales that includes the following: a strong base salary with a strong, un-capped commission/bonus structure. Full benefits would be nice too. I’d entertain a sales or sales management position. My hope is that I’d have the opportunity to make a 6 figure total compensation income as a top producer. If it’s a sales management position, I’d request a higher base salary, given the responsibility. I’d entertain an outside sales/sales management position if the compensation is “an offer I couldn’t refuse.”
