. Leader of a team responsible for managing Interfaces between 4 contracts as they concerned the AMEC EPC1 project Team.
Developed and Interface Procedure and Tracking method for project. Contractors included Technip (Riser/Umbilical), Weatherford (Topsides Process Equipment) Dubai Dry Docks (ship conversion contractor).
AMEC scope included Integration, Hookup, Commissioning and Operational Readiness of equipment from all contractors.

Pre-Feed study/design competition for major Australian oil/gas producer (Woodside).
Led AMEC team in developing solutions for a hull/topsides design competition
Responsibility was for design submittal for Topsides of two gas producing TLP’s. Study includes layout, equipment selection, Quarters, electrical, process, Hazid’s, coordination of estimating for project topsides engineering through installation.
Foxtrot International – Project/ Engineering Manager – December 2008 – May 2010
Facility upgrade and Gas Compressor Module addition (offshore Ivory Coast).
oSuccessfully managed the design, fabrication, procurement and shipping of modules, crane, living quarters, and all other upgrades to 4 pile facility in remote location.
oLed the effort to develop imaginative solutions for executing installation of new equipment at a remote location off the African Coast with minimal derrick barge usage.
o Compressor Module Project consisted of FEED, detailed design, procurement, fabrication, transport and installation of a 500 ton compressor module with separation and cooling vessels.
oUpgrades included cooling water pumps, quarters modules, new crane, flare upgrade, life boats plus various coordination efforts in the US to support Foxtrot’s needs.

Colombia Gas Transportation pre-feed project
oLed a conceptual study for transportation of compressed natural gas in a barge at 40 deg F.
oDeveloped innovative solutions for installing and mounting low temperature containment vessels into ocean going barge.
oThe study included Process analysis of loading/unloading compressors, heat exchangers, preliminary P&ID development, structural support of gas containment cylinders, weight studies and cost estimate.

oDeveloped and executed a management plan, including a specification for a database, for Cost, Time Resource estimates.
