o Developed and implemented an energy management project to include facility lighting and HVAC with a significant reduction in power consumption. o Developed a written asset management program to track asset repairs and maintenance. o Facilitated development of facility’s water conservation and outage plan. o Three deficiency free state ADPH life safety surveys.
