Vice President and Director of Operations

Directed start-up and development of Alaska Native Corporation NTVI Enterprises, from $0 to $70 million in revenue, filling 40 new office and field staff positions taking over existing projects and responsibilities from outsourced resources.

Responsible for hiring and developing design/build, government contractor, to include policy and procedures for business development, proposal writing, estimating, project management, field operations, quality control, including security clearance for organization and employees.

Organize and establish the plan for strategic management and operational responsibility for the company's National Design Build Operations in order to replace all lease employees and provide streamlined operations, reduced operating costs, and greater profitability.

Interface with partners and large clients to develop and maintain organizational strategies, operational efficiencies, and proposals for increasing technical efficiency and improving profitability.

Payne Group, Inc.; Director of Construction 2001 – 2010

Providing Subject Matter Expert (SME) consulting services, in the areas of strategic planning, direction, and leadership, risk management.
