Over twenty years of work experience combined with application departments of top world machine tool dealers, CAD-CAM software distributor, fifteen years of experience of dealing with metal cutting machines – CNC and manual and four years of supervisory experience in repairing department of power plant; the completion of, a CNC Programming and Machining Certificate (including MASTERCAM and SOLIDWORKS) and a Masters degree in MECHANICAL ENGINEERING. Evaluate manufacturing processes by designing and conducting research programs; applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials, soliciting observations from operators.
Develop manufacturing processes by studying product requirements; researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment; conferring with equipment vendors.
Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, cycle time improvement, space requirements, and equipment layout.

Troubleshoot problems with existing custom production equipment. Identify resolution and correct the problem. Utilize maintenance as required.
Train production personnel on how to use new and modified production equipment.
Develop and define production assembly and test processes through the utilization of tools, including PFMEA’s, work instructions and process flowcharts.
Provide CNC programming service for the shop floor.
Create method sheets, tooling sheets, setting sheets, planning and process drawings, jig and fixture drawings and assist in the management of consumable tooling.
