Ensures that well plans package/EOW/Anti-Collision rules are in compliance with Baker Hughes polices & procedures and with customer and local regulations.

Ensures assigned well planners receive training on all aspects of job responsibilities, included but not limited to Well Architect and COMPASS software’s.

Work diligently with the survey management group (IFR/MSA).

Support/Train field personal on well planning and generation of actual versus proposal/collisions avoidance real time monitoring.
