The company also collects and processes rigid plastics, such as hangers, CD cases, and DVDs. Helped in a team effort to increase out the door production from 4,600,000 feet per month to over 8,900,000 plus feet per month.
Helped maintenance department with many issues to put them back on track. This resulted in lower production downtime to less than .43% for a quarterly by July of 2002.
Lower heating costs with installation of two new 500,000 Btu furnaces to replace five 1,000,000 Btu units that ran up repair costs, in the previous year of what the two new units complete installation total.
