CSV(Site Supervisor). Responsible for tubing installation operations with workover rig. Also supervising workover/recompletion jobs, which involve removing old production tubing string and installing new tubing strings. With or without gas lift valves. Also overseeing fishing jobs with workover rig, work involving recovering and laying down parted and or cut tubing strings. Supervising wireline packer setting operations and disc breakage operations utilizing slickline.

BP America Production US Inc. Wamsutter, WY 2012 - 2014

Well site Leader: Responsible for onsite day to day operations within completions group. Duties included: Logistical planning, managing contractors onsite, and implementing well specific procedures in the field. As well as leading all safety meetings and assuring all contractors are in compliance with operators policies and safety programs.

Multiple frac operations: Multi stage fracking which involves perforating production sands and setting composite bridge plugs between the production perforations. And supervising frac pumping operations to assure compliance with frac design and procedure.

A-#10: Pulled production tubing and all jewelry; set dual Weatherford casing patches inside previous production casing perforations; ran Schlumberger Triple Combo to locate exact pay sand depths; re-perforated production casing; installed Baker Hughes completion system; gravel packed, ran production jewelry and tubing; brought well online for production

A-#17: Evaluated production tubing for possible leaks; ran Schlumberger’s EM Pipe Scanner; found damaged tubing; cut above damaged tubing with Schlumberger chemical cutter; dump bailed 50’ of cement; set dual Weatherford casing patches in previously perforated production casing; logged with Schlumberger triple combo to locate exact pay sand depths; re-perforated well; ran Baker Hughes completion system; gravel packed well; ran production jewelry and tubing; brought well online for production

Performed plug and abandonment as required by MMS; cut and laid surface casing; left platform for decommissioning crew
