Position aspired: HR Director / VP in single and/or multisite environment, one country and/or regional management responsibility.

Profile: Senior HR executive with strong & successful background in owning (establishing & running) the HR function & people agenda in the domestic multistate ( Florida, Puerto Rico, Texas, California) and international markets (over 15 foreign locations).

Reporting to the CEO or similar position, being member of executive management teams, I have had the responsibility of guiding and managing the overall provisions of HR services, policies and programs in an atmosphere of a high performance culture that always emphasized empowerment, quality, productivity and attainment of goals.
