The Hebron field will be developed using a stand-alone concrete gravity based structure (GBS). The GBS will consist of a reinforced concrete structure designed to withstand sea ice, icebergs and meteorological and oceanographic conditions. It will be designed to store approximately 1.2 million barrels of crude oil.

Since May of 2012, I held the position as Project Procurement Manager. I am responsible for the management of all procurement personnel and activities associated with the project, as well as ensuring we have appropriate material management staff. The current staff on the Hebron project Material Management consists of eleven buyers, nine expeditors, three logistics personnel, and two technicians.

Responsibilities include overseeing all procurement, expediting and logistical needs and requirements, which included: negotiations of terms/conditions and issuance for both purchase order and field service agreements; maintaining project specific “Source List”, liaison with project management and client staff and managing workloads within the material management group.

Prior to January of 2012, I have held the position as Senior Manager for Fluor under the joint venture with Worley Parsons for the procurement of equipment associated with the Hebron project. My responsibilities consist of overseeing the Fluor procurement personnel, acting as liaison with project management, creation and issuance of request for quotation, price and terms and conditions negotiations for major electrical and mechanical equipment and issuance of purchase orders.

Front-end engineering and design (FEED) contract for the Central Processing Facility (CPF) portion of the Browse Liquefied natural Gas (LNG) Development. The CPF comprises two bridge-linked topsides supported by steel gravity base structures in approximately 100m water depth.

Since March of 2011, I have held the position of Project Procurement Manager. I am responsible for the management of all procurement personnel and activities associated with the project, as well as ensuring we have appropriate material management staff, both in the Sugar Land and Manila offices. The current staff on the Woodside project Material Management consists of two buyers and one technician in the Sugar Land office and one buyer in the Manila office.

Responsibilities include the development of Invitation to Tender (ITT) packages, development of the Material Management Plan, development of the Project Bidder’s List, and the issuance and negotiations of ITT’s associated with project identified long lead items.

A cost/time reduction study was conducted to evaluate the technical and commercial feasibility of full field development of the Odoptu reservoir and its associated production facilities.

I am responsible for the management of all procurement personnel and activities associated with the project, as well as ensuring we have appropriate material management staff. The current staff on the Odoptu project Material Management consists of three buyers, three expeditors, two logistics personnel, and two technicians.

Responsibilities include negotiating terms/conditions and issuance for both purchase order and field service agreements; investigating, formalizing, administrating, negotiating back charges (if required), and managing proper workloads within the material management group.

In accordance with project and company standards and expectations, I work closely with local and site project management/staff to ensure all procurement activities and initiatives are addressed and achieved in a timely manner.

Prior to February 2010, I held the position of Senior Manager for Procurement.

Responsible for the procurement activities (including: sourcing; RFQ issuance; bid evaluations and negotiations – price, delivery/freight and terms and conditions; and recommendations to purchase) for engineered equipment packages associated with project requirements.

I work directly with our project management staff and engineering departments to ensure complete understanding and compliance with project specifications and requirements.
