Over 27 years of experience with a multibillion transportation company. Responsible for all engineering disciplines in multiple states. Successful in completing many commercially diversified projects encompassing all phases of engineering, management, compliance and construction.

Managed the day-to-day responsibility of all Plant Engineering (PE) responsibilities in Dallas, Texas and surrounding counties. Responsible for cross functional interaction, process engineering, and overseeing and managing projects ensuring on time, on budget, and quality completion. EXPERIENCE:

United Parcel Service Facilities Engineer DFW Airport Texas and Dallas Hub (2004- 2014)

Maintained 670,000 sf. major air & ground facilities with 1750 conveyors processing 500K packages daily.

Managed 23 union and non union employees in all engineering disciplines, while overseeing compliance and safety issues from EPA, OSHA, DOT, and airport authorities. On call 24/7 for emergency response.

United Parcel Service Project Engineer Carrollton, Texas SW Region Office (2000-2004) Constructed parcel distribution center in League City Texas- included site determination, project justification, design, estimating,scheduling, contract documents, and on site engineer.

Project Coordinator for System wide Implementation of package scanning conveyor project. Projects were implemented in 26 facilities 5 states in 2 years on a fast track schedule costing $21 million dollars with simultaneous completion deadlines.

Other accomplishments: Converted 680 Mail Box Etc in 12 states to The UPS Store. Consulted and implemented improved logistic enhancements to Dell Computers, Game Stop AT&T and others. Integrated UPS acquisitions into UPS Parent Company. Relocated approximately 780 UPS employees from SW Region, Call Service Center, Accounting Service Center, and districts. Completed over 30 conveyor upgrades.

United Parcel Service Equipment Engineer Corporate Atlanta Georgia (1997-2000)

Perform manufacturing, installation and commissioning audits in Holland for conveyor system implemented into a $1 Billion dollar air facility in Louisville KY.

Designed and implemented innovated solutions for national and international operational facilities.

Standardized technological and automation equipment to streamline efficiencies.

Procured equipment and labor for building and equipment installation ranging from $2M- $25M.

Perform manufacturing and installation audits for compliance with contracts and specifications.

United Parcel Service Plant Engineering Manager Stratford CT. (1992-1997)

Coordinated site selections, design, and construction of multiple projects ranging from $ 1M-15M.

Coordinated the complete design on system upgrades to the distribution systems in order to increase capacity, reduce labor costs, and improve overall efficiency.
