Foreign Automobile factory where I started off in the paint line painting bumpers. Adjusted controls of cleaning solution tanks for specified temperature, conveyor controls for rate of movement, and sprayer controls for rate of spray and voltage as indicated by dials.
Observed conveyor line until parts ran were finished, changed paint color to meet requirements.
I was promoted and trained to program the robots to paint. I was trained in quality control for paint defects and repair.
Tended equipment that cleaned, dipped, and sprayed parts, mixed paints and thinners of specified colors and viscosity, poured solutions into dipping tanks/containers of electrostatic spraying units. I was on special assignments to find defects and solve them using quality control standards. Also Kaizen certified.
