Feb 2015 - Jun 2015: Cool Innovations, Canadian company producing customized heat sinks for customers mostly in Electronic and Medical Industry, located in Concord, Ontario.

Production Manager

Planned / supervised production (20 employees, CNC milling machines, Stamp presses, and Brazing ovens).

Used Lean Tools such as Waste Matrix, Line Balancing, and Reduction of Changeover Times to make production process capable of meeting deadlines and improving customer experience. Doubled productivity and attracted larger orders and new customers.
