Summery of duties

Performs visual, dimensional, mechanical, document and test result verification and first article inspections of in-coming parts and material, in process and finished plastic molded (medical and automotive), standard part, worked metal sheet parts, fabric and assembled product, capitals, service parts, PM kits, circuit board, electronic components, IFU and labels using standards, procedures, equipment and devices.

Responsible for determining acceptance or rejection of product based on requirements and customer specifications.

Record, complete and/or review all Inspection documentation. (Component Inspection Folders, checklist, release forms, calibration data records etc.).

Interpret quality/workmanship standard and maintains defects logs.

Detect and Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCR's or MRB) on Non-conformance product and follow quarantine/release procedure.
