Director of Data Networking and Policy Management

Lead Architect for the design, requirements definition, procurement, implementation and optimization of 3G/4G wireless packet data networks offering mobile and fixed broadband data services as well as high performance push-to-talk services for a base of more than 5 million subscribers across 5 Latin American Markets.

Developed and integrated direct service architecture and delivery emanating out of 15 data centers. Closely managed the efforts of 25 professionals comprising the architecture and operations groups while serving as lead architect in these deployments. Provided network security architecture, implementation, testing and optimization for 3G/4G system network elements as well as ISP Gateways in each of the markets.

Developed successful end to end IP data network, 3G/4G network element and network security infrastructure deployments along with all policy management for deep packet inspection implementations.
