Warehouse Operation Manager

Responsible for all on site aspect of the logistic, supply chain, assembly, planning and production forecasting. In charge of making sure that each stage of the distribution process is progressing on time, on budget and to right quality standard.

Duties

Manages the warehouse ensuring the receipt, coordination, and safety of goods.

Ensures that orders are dispatched on time to the appropriate destination with the expected quantity to retail companies and e-commerce selecting the best shipping method for international and domestic shipments.

Responding to all customer complaints or queries in an efficient manner.

Supply all US and International locations thru different system such as FedEx, UPS and forwarding companies and filling all international documents as SLI, commercial Invoice, PL.

Properly package all products requiring shipment for transportation to customers / vendors to unsure it arrives undamaged, and following different type of packaging per customer requirements.

Reduce charges back from customer

Manage all returns from customer and work closely with accounting to define discrepancies or damage products.

Monitoring and tracking the flow of goods into different warehouses (Europe) and outsourcing (EDI BBB).

Stock control in overseas and outsourcing companies to fulfill all open orders to retail and distributors.

Maintain accurate inventory in-house and overseas warehouses.

Supervising, training and evaluating all warehouse and assembly (production) staff.

Production control for products in-house and maintain minimum level inventories.

Analyze new projects to determinate the cost of man power and personnel needed, planning and production planning to meet deliver dates.

Cost reduction in staff when budget is reached.

Manage year budget up to 150K USD in staffing.

Move dead stock into new projects or change those into existing products.

Forecasting of raw material to meet year production (2 million dollar on purchasing planning).
