In my 18 years in the car business, I have enjoyed success in several different positions from Sales Consultant to General Sales Manager. My first 6 years of my experience was with the same auto dealer, so I know about loyalty and teamwork. I was groomed in an atmosphere to sell cars and have fun. Making the quota every single day was achieved with focus and a team philosophy. Managers never stayed in their office or at the Sales Desk unless they were working a car deal. Meeting customers, assisting Sales Consultants, being involved and keeping 100% situational awareness as to what is going on is how I was trained to manage.
I am a very outgoing and personable. I have a big sense of humor and I have never been called shy in my life. I know the car business and what it takes to sell cars and product, and I love to be in the middle of it all. I’m a hands on Manager, involved with every customer, always ready to jump right in. My attendance record and work ethic is impeccable, as well as my background history and criminal/driving record. My off time is spent with my wife and 3 yr old son, and our 1 month old son whether we’re watching a football game on tv or exploring the great sights Michigan has to offer.
