Oracle is the world's leading supplier of software for information management, and the world’s second largest independent software company.

Sales Compensation Process is an integral part of Finance and Business Sales operations where the variable compensation part of the entire sales organization is calculated and administered. Scope of our services include the administration and reporting of commissions, bonuses and any additional compensation related to the achievement of Incentive Plans and quotas set forth by Oracle's Sales management.

Review and analyze customer data to perform tasks like account creation, data cleansing and merging of accounts in systems, data management, maintain productivity and quality as per set standards

Interact with Finance, Global Sales Operations & Order Operations teams to identify areas of process improvements

Liaise with Account Receivables, Order Administration, Cash Application, General Ledger, Finance Planning & Analysis, Sales Operations and other internal teams to achieve on time and quality sales comp dispensation

Ensures adherence to all compliance guidelines including supports internal & external compliance audits & Handling HR database, Termination report making sure all claw backs & give backs.

Prepare documentation for Oracle’s various lines of business for training the new joiners. Creates back up recourses within the team to minimize key person risks.

Interacts with Sales Rep with regular calls to resolve customer queries & escalations, give process status, get queries resolved & share information.

Interacting on work related issues with the Vice-President & Sr. Finance Director and all GC (Global China, Hong Kong, Taiwan) countries Operation director for resolving their Bonus and commission related queries / problems.

Working with Strategic finance and Sales operation for Accrual Analysis, Sales credit analysis, Payment Analysis, Payment calculation and submission, Revenue analysis, and Revenue achievement; gives me more analytical approach and high level of interaction knowledge.

As a role I will be receiving the Journal Entries from the Oracle sales representatives and making the debit and credit adjustments for them to pay the correct payment

Preparing various reports and templates such as: Global Achievement report, Rep performance report, Year Commission/Bonus Report, Negative Balance report, Large Deals reports etc using Excel’s V-Lookup, Pivot Table’s & other Excel formulas. Performance for various products and Industries, which plays significant role in determining Quota club, Forecast and Year budget.

Auditing and reporting (i.e. CAT Audit, Service portal Audit, Quality checks), TAT

Handling 2 GC countries (Hong Kong & Taiwan) with calculating commission / Bonus for almost 250+ reps and solving their queries.
