Die cutting operator responsible for die selection, mounting and adjusting the die within the desired measurements (as per customer specifications)

Responsible for daily production and quality as per customer’s requirement. Die setting is an important parameter; therefore precision is exercised before cutting.

Response for providing weekend coverage to support business needs and responsible for making sure the production needs are met accordingly.

Responsibilities included supervising the thermoforming process and monitoring daily production activities as per business requirement.

High quality standards required by the customers were strictly maintained under given tolerances and the required parameters.

Familiarity of working with injection molding and utilizing advanced knowledge of technicalities related to the plastic polymers and molded parts.

Involved in high-level of interaction with front-line production personnel to ensure that manufacturing needs are completed without any down-time.

Responsibilities included scheduling and managing production of plastic injected automobile parts for GM & Chrysler and Exterion as requirement specifications.

Responsibilities include Inspection / testing of oil & lubricants for viscosity @ 40ºC & 100ºC, -40ºC & -54ºC, viscosity Indices etc. Foam testing at low & high temperatures as per specifications. Particle count test, copper corrosion test, pour-point, flash point, fire point of oils and lubricants, Wear testing of lubricants at 167ºF & at 1200 rpm under a force 392 Newton’s (force) and seam integrity of metal cans, acid / base titration, using potentiometer titration method, open / close cup flash-point testing instruments.

Excellent knowledge of Six Sigma, SPC, SQC, and ISO standards. Testing double seam integrity using shadow graph. Establishing the can parallelism by using level gauge. Evaluation of wear (steel against steel), by measuring scar diameter under microscope.

Worked in the manufacturing environment and responsible for quality parts using Statistical Process Control method and Six Sigma.

Strictly adhering to the approved sample by the customer and maintaining the required specification and tolerances.

Analyze SPC and capability reports for both attribute and variable data by product as per customer requirement and product standards

Participation in Management Review for process and product improvement. Review all production methods for compliance to quality standards and for improvement of product quality levels and requirements and support supplier development activities as well.

Involved in inspection and dimensional measurements of Pipes, Tee’s & Elbows using digital and analogue instruments as well as other daily production activities.

Checking bending angles of pipes using Bevel protector. Checking wall thickness and all other parameters as per sectional drawing and specifications.

Maintaining the desired accuracy and determining the pipe radii with shadow graph and other technical parameters as required.

Worked in the Designing, Manufacturing, and Development of Tires. Main objective included the manufacturing of plies and breakers using nylon chords of specific tensile strength. Manufacturing of Tread for different kind of vehicles with desired cooling compound. Manufacturing Tires with maximum load bearing capacity to meet the customer requirement.

Wear resistance ability, using the right ratio (Wedge Ratio) of the carbon compound. Analysis of cured tire involved establishing the right wedge ratio to withstand the heat generation during use. Worked in the department for failed tires.

Analyzing the failed tires for various causes of failure by sectioning the tires, (Bead to Bead) and determining the areas of failure such as ply separation, tread separation, Turn- up the eccentricity etc. Also involved in the Research and Development of Radial and Bais tiers as compared to other competitor tires. Issuance of Product development report for New Tire and also failed tire analysis report for the management review and input.

Responsible for manufacturing processes for all parts Yamaha motor cycles locally made in Baluchistan province of Pakistan, which included fuel tank,front and rear fenders, main- stand, side- stand, crown handle etc. Sub-assemblies included head lights, tail lights, Front and rear shock absorbers.

Applying measurements techniques using SQC, SPC and Six Sigma for Die- casted and pressed parts such as Front Hub & Rear Hub and Pressed parts such as fuel tank, front and rear fender, foot- rest, Crown handle Using all types of gauge such as height gauge, pneumatic gauge (for checking the Bore for the front and rear hubs). Responsibilities also included were functional checking of electrical parts such as head lights, tail lights and wire harnesses etc. Rubber hardness was checked after 36 hrs. Oil dip .Preparing technical reports separately for die-casted parts (Aluminum die-casting) and pressed parts (Stainless Steel).Tolerances as allowed by J.I S. and ASTM. {Accuracy in microns}
