Manufacturing Manager: Responsible to the Vice-President of Engineering and Operations for

the execution of the manufacturing process including assembly, test, quality inspection, shipping,

material handling and facility maintenance.

Established and executed a company forecasting and materials planning strategy to maximize on-time delivery. Net Results: Improved on-time delivery 50% and then established and maintained a company goal of 95% and above.

Developed a new shop floor layout including four (4) Focus Factory Assembly Cells along with Lean Manufacturing, 5S procedures and new assembly and test instructions. Net Results: Increased efficiencies 33%.

Implemented, as a member of a company team, the EPICOR ERP Computer System, and developed the manufacturing and quality procedures. Net Results: An efficient and paperless manufacturing operation.
