Roles & Responsibilities:

Receive, triage and reviewing the pharmacovigilance data from various sources on time, and quality standards. Perform booking-in, event identification, medical coding and routing the case to the appropriate vendor.

Prioritizing daily cases as per regulatory guidelines based on the serious criteria, which help the process team for submitting the cases to the client, regulatory authorities, FDA as per the timelines.

. Capturing the information obtained from the EI onto the respective tabs in the IRPC and also performing as a Quality Reviewer for the IRPC workflow.

Performing Quality Review for IRPC cases.

Provide regular status reports on work completion to Team Lead.

Assigning the cases (WFM) to the associates from the workflow.

Complete initial data entry of new cases. Perform the initial book-in and append additional information or documents to the case as they are received

Generating queries pertaining to the cases and performing the replay received for the respective cases in priority and ensuring the reports are sent to the customers within the assigned deadlines.

Data enter information received pertaining to the case in the database. Refer to the Data Entry conventions for any questions while entering the data.

Carry out the medical coding for the Event and the Disease tab.

Communicate medical queries to the Medical Advisor and process related queries to the Team Lead.

Prioritizing the daily cases as per regulatory guidelines and submitting the cases with to the FDA as per the timelines.

Identify and communicate issues/potential issues to the Team Lead on time

Perform tasks/activities as communicated by the Team Lead.

Participate in regular Team Meeting and Client interactions and telecom if required.

Handling IT related issues with-in the team and software.
