Designed 10 panel system – Updated and modernized the look of an automated (robotic machine) to a sports car themed look with sliding lids and quick release functioning panels.

Designed Quick release cartridge system – Designed to deliver oil in an open loop oil system with a quick release cartridge to change out oil and dispose of cartridge.

Award winning blow molded cartridge design – 1.5L cartridge required to hang, set upside down for refill, be able to accommodate a fast fill system company plans on integrating later on. Won a silver (2nd place) award on a national award competition for this particular product line (containers).

Break away feeler – Self realigning edge feeler. Adjustable and difficult to break.

Directly managed file system overhaul – Organized and backed up all company design files into Vault (Autodesk product). Managing and creating file structures to make prints available companywide software while keeping the valuable company files secure.

Designed and tested high flow valve – Designed, prototyped, tested, a high flow valve system that flows from a non-vented container into a vented sub tank system.

Updated machining fixtures – Assisted the company’s machine shop to implement modular and vacuum tooling.

Lead engineer on multiple projects and provided education to the engineers on many manufacturing areas as well as designing. Improved many product lines that helped boost sales in a difficult market. Draftsman/Designer - ATS (Advanced Technical Services) - 6/11 - 12/11

While under contract with Aerotek, worked on specific projects with SolidWorks and AutoCAD to accomplish customer requests. Primary duties were structural detailing for cooling towers drawn in AutoCAD.

Union Ironworker (local 21) - Davis Erection - 5/10 - 1/11

Structural ironworker with following duties but not limited to: Structure assembly, blue print interpretation, welding (wire feed, stick, galvanized, etc), fabricating, bolting, connecting (columns, beams, joists, trusses, cantilever, etc), structural sheeting install.

Injection Molding Setup Technician - Lenco, PMC - 6/04 - 11/05

Setup technician, installed molds, troubleshoot problems on setup, process engineering (pneumatic, hydraulic, cooling) on injection molding machines for maximum production and quality. Coordinated operators for various duties in my section of the plant.

Property Management/Maintenance - Cherry Hill Company - 5/00 - 6/04 Assistant property manager, inspecting properties, apartment turnovers, property development of 8 apartment complexes, along with development their award winning assisted living properties.

Electronics Technician - Twin Valley Communications - 1/90 - 5/00

Installed and repaired 2-way radio systems and cellular devices, 2-way radio towers and repeaters, cellular tower sight repair as well.. Troubleshoot electronics and reflective frequencies to adjust or repair.
