Change Management/Business Process Reengineering – Many of my projects have been enterprise-wide deployments, necessitating a large degree of intensive change management and restructuring of business processes. At every possible juncture, I advocate for including users in change management and process reengineering, finding this breaks down resistance and invests users in the project’s success.
