I feel that I am a dependable hard worker that can adapt to any job.

Most of my jobs have been with the Operating Engineers. Local 101

I have been unemployed for about 3 years. Far longer than I like. I have done handyman and worked on my own to get by.

I worked with Kissick Const. While there I operated a high loader and back hoe along with driving a 40 ton truck hauling dirt. I was at the job until laid off on 11/25/2011.

The job I was doing was finished. Since then I have been waiting for the union to put me back to work with no response.

My supervisor was Mark Smith and he can be reached at 816-***-****. Kissicks address is 8131 Indiana, Kansas City Mo. 64132. Wage ws $32 per hour. I started there on 10/25/2009.

welding, etc. When the plant was finished I bedame the high loader operator to feed the material to the plant to make the saphalt. My reason for leaving was personal.

My supevisor was Larry Gervy. My wage was $31 per hour.

From 05/2004 to 09/05/2005 I woked for APAC asphalt plant 1701 291 Hiway, Sugar Creek, Mo. 816-***-****. My supervisor was Bruce Crisp. While there I worked on the paving crew.

I ran various pieces of equipment such as roller, paver, transfer machine, recycle madhine, and helped work on the machines. The reason for leafing was that I was offered a better position.

Wage was $30 per hour.

From 1996 to 05/2004 I drove a truck for C.K. Enterprises. 1204 S.W. Jefferson, Lees Summit, Mo. 64081. While there I helped with the making of the soap, loaded and delivered the product.

I had a hazmat license. I do have a current CDL. I am able to drive doubles and triples. My highest wage was $17 per hour. My supervisor was Charlie Knuckle. I left for a better job.

I do have a certificate for OSHA for a 10 hour Construction Program in 2009 which gave me 10 hours education hours.

While in high school I was at the vo-tech school with classes in welding and diesel mechanic. I went to trouble shooting school while employed with Superior Bowen by their request. I was

also certified through Bowen for welding.
