The initiative of the project is to replace Trade Sphere (Legacy system for GTS needs) with SAP GTS. This implementation was a part of larger project known as PROPEL 3. To meet business needs for trade screening, SPL screening, Embargo, License determination and export functionalities were scoped during this implementation. Before build phase, project got differed for next release due to budget constraints.

This project was a technical upgrade of GTS 8.0 to GTS 10.1 which will allow Microsoft to gain full support from SAP and take advantage of new functionalities provided by GTS 10.1.

Role: SAP GTS Lead / Architect

Responsible for detailed proposal within client’s budget guidelines and profitable.

Leveraged India resources to meet client budget Guideline of $1M.
