Executive Assistant

Provided direct administrative support to the CFO and Global HR Director (also for the CEO when his admin was out of the office); including managing expenses and calendars, multi-destination travel arrangements; coordinating multiple schedules for senior level meetings, helped prepare/disperse confidential documents, helped prepare presentations, etc.
