I. Hourly monitoring and downloading of WESM data, such as:

-Real Time Dispatch Schedules and Prices

-Real Time Ex-post Prices

-Day Ahead Dispatch Schedules and Prices

-Hourly System Demand

-Load Weighted Average Price

-System Marginal Plant and Its Clearing Price

2.Update information on the conditions of the market, power plants and other information relevant to trading activities.

3.Enter / Offer bids for the week-ahead and day ahead trading activities.

4.Prepare trading report of all done transaction for the day

5.Maintain updated data base lists of power supply contracts and its status.

6.Monitor and regularly update PSALM’s plant capacities and generation capabilities

7.Prepare / Generate power supply contract and/or letter agreements for renewal/extension and contracts amendment.

8.Prepare / draft correspondence to customers, government or non-governmental institutions concerning power supply contracts, power customers, etc.

9.Generate / Prepare periodic reports to ERC / DOE and other government agencies as may be required.

10.Ensure and safeguard the confidentiality of records and other information regarding transactions and generated accounts.

11.Perform other tasks and special function which may be assigned by Management from time to time.
