With 12 years of experience in diverse environments and industries, I am prepared for my next challenge. As you can see from my resume, my primary strengths are customer service, administration, logistics, sales, and music. My strong work ethic has helped me to develop new strategies and tools for myself and others to exceed client and company expectations in efficiency and problem solving in fast-paced professional environments.

As a loving and compassionate person, working in an emergency hospital has helped me to strengthen the crucial interpersonal skills needed in customer service. Remaining professional, friendly, calm, and staying on task in highly emotional or stressful situations in the work place was practiced daily. The development in my character helped while answering multiple-lined phones to screen for emergencies, educating clients, placing orders, training employees, scheduling appointments, updating digital and manual records, and making sure all client concerns were resolved, even when outside resources were needed to complete the job.

As an Administrative and Logistics Manager for a wholesale company, I was able to go through new boundaries by challenging myself with new tasks and responsibilities in a new environment. My responsibilities in logistics included purchasing for the office and warehouse needs by researching and contacting businesses for the best prices to purchase sales items needed for the company. Receiving and packing shipments, tracking inventory, and using UPS software and hardware to coordinate shipments to be shipped out within strict time frames each day. Administrative duties included creating invoices in QuickBooks, auditing, coordinating appointments for services needed for the warehouse, creating an itinerary for the company owner while researching travel accommodations for the best prices, managing email communications with other branches and clients, maintaining and organizing a digital and paper client database to track payments, invoices, shipments, and billing.

My proficiency with computers helps me adapt quickly when multi-tasking with new software programs. As a flexible individual who loves adventure, I enjoy new environments, organizational systems, policies, and procedures. I have a heart for helping those in need and you will see it in my character with your employees and your clients.

In each position I have taken, I have pushed myself to perfect my practice. An ability to be successful working independently or with a team will make me a beneficial addition for your company and your clients. I look forward to a new challenge and a reply regarding my request for a position.
