Perform all job duties of maintenance level I

Maintains central sprinkler system and/or fire emergency water supply according to applicable codes.

Maintains a safe clean well lit boiler room with appropriate signage. Repair individual heating and air conditioning equipment units.

Install individual heating and air conditioning unit related ductwork, wiring etc.

Ensures chemical continuity of water.

Repair and replace compressors of all types.

Clean entire premise including fixtures, furniture, floors and windows

Transport trash and waste to disposal area

Replenish bathroom supplies, cash register supplies, and cleaning supplies

Maintain physical exterior of the store and surrounding property including snow removal

Proven ability to maintain buildings and mechanical equipment: including contracting outside services, troubleshooting, and handling tenant requests professionally.

EPA-certified type universal maintenance; expert in HVAC systems: refrigeration, air conditioning, heating, and electronics.

Skilled in various trades, as well as maintenance, repair and installation services:
