a)Project Name: Dispense/Multicash

Description: This enhancement is to redesign the current programs used in SAP ECC for purpose of increasing the performance and reducing the time needed to record print transactions for print postage process.

b)Deutsche Post (Agile Methodology project)

Description: First Agile method project in PB-SAP. Rental order process in PB should be automated using BAPI. Customer creation, PBP account creation & PPWR card creation should be automated.

Got appreciation from PB Business to complete project on time and to provide good technical solution. This is applicable only to Germany. Based on success of this project Roll-out for 13 European countries to follow. High revenue & Long scope project for Wipro Technologies.

c)Intrastat Report for Nordics country

In Nordic countries companies will charge penalties when a customer does not settle their outstanding invoices within their payment terms (Pays their bills late)

Pitney Bowes in the Nordics does not currently charge these penalties directly but wishes to do so in order to encourage customer payment and also to provide extra revenue. These penalties are to take the form of a fixed late payment fee and also an interest charge based on the late paid invoice amount.

d)Currently working in ADM support team.

Working with a team of 5 members. Responsible for maintaining SLA on monthly basis, helping team members to resolve tickets, and solving tickets.

Contribution:

To understand functional requirement of the enhancement, prepare Low Level Design document and help technical team to understand scenario.

To give timely status updates to onsite team, project manager.

To analyze FS, HLD & LLD to build test cases for testing.

To assist in UAT by proving data & process knowledge to testers.

To help technical team to do Unit testing by providing required inputs.

To do integrated functional testing, to check all the functional requirements specified in FS are fulfilled.

To prepare necessary documents required for this enhancement.

To monitor system for any discrepancies after go-live and provide required support.

Ensure Timely response and resolution of problem tickets within the stipulated time by adhering to the severity level benchmarks and achieving 100% efficiency with Customer satisfaction as top priority.

Review the business processes implemented, in view of the issues reported by Users, and identify necessary enhancements, design the proposed solution.

Preparation of Functional Specifications for Forms, Enhancements and Reports etc. and delivered the same on specified time.

Performed Functional Unit Testing for enhancements done, provided resolutions to the issues and documented the results in Test Scripts.

Configured sales document types, item categories, and schedule lines as per the requirement.
