Provided operations approval and certification expertise on the implementation of Required Navigation Performance Authorization Required (RNP AR) operations with airline operators, manufacturers, industry organizations, and regulatory agencies worldwide.

Additional program management activities included marketing and proposal support for numerous prospective commercial, corporate, and military HUD programs, an EVS sensor supplier selection for new HUD/EVS applications, and other program, certification, and marketing support activities as required.

Significant Accomplishment:

As Program Manager, the Gulfstream Fleet HUD program was chosen for the 2006 Rockwell Collins Chairman’s Team Award resulting from selection by Gulfstream to develop a new Active Matrix LCD (AMLCD) HUD system. The subsequent $30M development program successfully met or exceeded all key Gulfstream performance requirements including display field-of-view and intensity, physical size and weight, power consumption, and cost.
