Aircraft Component Repair Supervisor

U.S. Army, Fort Carson, CO 2014-Present

Supervises aircraft component repair and technical inspection activities on twenty-four UH60 helicopters. Determine man-hours, personnel, parts and facility requirements to repair aircraft components and associated equipment with a 30 member maintenance team. Supervise the maintenance program that includes avionics repair technical training, complacency to operational policy, directives, technical manuals and work standards procedures. Prepare evaluations, special reports and records pertaining to aircraft component repair activities, recommend and administers plan and polices. Maintain supply economy and discipline.

Company Manager

Production Control Manager

Coordinated the phase maintenance program on twenty-seven UH-60 and thirty OH-58 helicopters. Tracked and submitted aircraft daily status to the Brigade Aviation Maintenance Office, assigned priorities of work regarding scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance. Submit monthly reports on aircraft maintenance, parts, personnel, and equipment shortages that have a direct effect on the maintenance to the Department of the Army. Senior Small Group Leader

Professionally developed and conducted small group instructions to over 5,460 future Army leaders through supervision, counseling and academic evaluation reports.
