I have over 20 years experience in all aspects of the asphalt paving industry, which includes 7 years as a laborer, and 8 years as Heavy equipment operator, which lead to over 10 years as an Asphalt Paving Foreman. I have a proven record of safety with my years as foreman and have I have sat on the safety committee for over 7 years. Along with zero accidents or injuries while still maintaining a record of success and excellence in quality, and a elevated level of productivity and in completing projects on-time and under budget.
I have a comprehensive understanding of the asphalt construction industry practices, processes, principles and standards.

Current duties include; but are not-limited to:
• Inspection of prep work to insure a high quality finished product.
• Clarify any and all discrepancies before and during paving operations.
• Layout of the job-site, manage the paving crew, oversight of placement and compaction of materials on 6 figure job sits.
• Coordinate material deliveries from the plant to the job-site.
• Responsible for assisting and maintaining relationships with clients, contractors, and inspectors.
