Operated draw works and top drive during connections, and tripping operations. I operated drilling console to maintain correct pump pressure and strokes. Kept in communications with driller and control room on any transfers which were about to happen from work boats, drilling fluids, to the bulk bar system. I mixed spacers for cementing operations, sweeps, pills, and slugs for drilling operations. Worked on the mud pumps, charging pumps, mud pump prescreens, hoppers, valves, and changed out rupture disc for pop offs. I assisted on rig floor during riser running operations. Completed IADC Report on chemicals mixed and pump hours. Participated in pre-tour, post tour weekly safety meetings, fire, search and rescue, and abandon ship drills.

Position: Shaker hand

Monitored returns from well bore and notified driller of any changes in flow, and cuttings shape, size, or amount. Recorded weight and viscosity of drilling fluid during drilling, and gas cut operations. Monitored trip tank during tripping, casing, and lost circulation operations. I changed out worn or torn screens, worked on mud cleaner, de-silter, de-sander, degasser, and transfer pumps when necessary. Assisted on rig floor to pick up or lay down bottom hole assemblies. I relieved the derrick hand to gain experience for the next step in the career field. Participated in pre-tour, post tour, weekly safety meetings, fire, search and rescue, and abandon ship drills. Maintained rig floor cleanliness and readiness. Serviced draw works, rig tongs, blocks, changed out slip and tong dies, operated air hoist to bring tubular and equipment to rig floor. Used air spinners, and spinning chain to make up or break out drill pipe during tripping operations. I assisted the motorman and derrick hand in their daily task or to work on other rig equipment. Operated forklift to load and unload trucks and move equipment around rig location. I participated in safety meetings, and BOP drills.

I was in charge of assigned aircraft to do preflight, post flight, and accumulated hourly inspections. I serviced aircraft with fuel, LOX, engine oil, and hydraulic oil. Ordered, removed and replaced engines, hydraulic struts, brakes and tires. Towed aircraft to hanger, fuel cell barn, and trim pad. Conducted trouble shooting to discover what the problem was or to find leaks in the various systems. I coordinated with other specialists outside of my career field to ensure aircraft were repaired in a timely manner.
