Rohadfox terminated my employment because requested by AECOM for position to be permanently filled while I was on medical (disability) leave.

Utilized P6, (professional), under DC Water license & there database that was split into two sections, one for DC Water & other for contractors. Also untiled PRIMAVERA 8.2 on company supplied lap top.

1.Provide various planning/scheduling related tasks including preparing schedules, reviewing schedules prepared by consultants or contractors, for development and maintenance of capital improvement projects for the DC Water’s Wastewater Program Management.

2.Developed Master Construction Schedule for original current contract (Nov 2012 – Sept 2015). Provided continuous updates as need with minimum monthly. Ran comparison to previously developed baseline master schedule.

3.Developed various design and procurement schedule templates to be utilized by DC Water, contracted engineering firms and construction contractors

4.Supported the Project Team and stakeholders with time management and control information and reports. Established criteria for schedule development (schedule detail, work breakdown structure (WBS), etc.

TYCO (ADT) Security System contract completed June, 2013, no other positions available, American

Cables contract terminated.

Utilized ADT licensed P6, (professional), on company supplied lap top.

During initial two plus months of contract working under an accelerated schedule, per the contracted developed, submitted and had approved a series of five construction schedules for the issuance of the Notice to Proceed awarded in late Jan., 2011.

Utilizing the last submitted/approved schedule as the Base Line Schedule, developed, implemented, performed monthly updates and developed Recovery Schedules based on contract changes/change orders, delays and change orders.

At the request of the project Manager, performed additional duties as Project Manager for the contractual Phase 7 – Out Buildings and Phase 8 – Gates.

Performed numerous Change Order estimating as need for two phases of work, to included site visits and/or takeoffs, manpower, equipment and material development and time impact.

The construction phase of the Project was completed Jun 2013.

Baltimore District, USACE terminated majority contract positions at Bay Area Office, Sept., 2010, including

Deputy Project Engineer, on $60-millon Defense Media Activity building (BRAC).

Responsible for RFI review and responses, submittal review, pay estimate review, contractor’s Project Schedule (P3) review and overseeing QA program.

Worked with the Project Engineer and client in review of contractor change orders and negotiations.

Position terminated when Baltimore District, USACE terminated majority of contract positions due to returning personal from overseas.
