MINI PROJECT:

I had done mini project named “ELECTRONIC EYE” circuit.

Abstract:

The electronic eye is a Shadow Alarm based on light-dependent resistors (LDRs). This alarm widely used in aspects of security systems, such as to provide security at warehouses, showrooms and home security too.

FINAL YEAR PROJECT: (UG)

I had done an academic project named “AUTOMATING THE CONTROL OF FLUID FLOW IN A CARDIAC SURGERY SIMULATOR”.

Abstract:

The simulator has two major subsystems, the pneumatic and the hydraulic, both controlled by a single computer, which also displays vital sign traces consistent with the patient conditions being modelled. The pneumatic subsystem controls the beating pattern heart by using a linear actuator to push against a column of air, which inflates and deflates balloons located within the heart. The hydraulic subsystem is responsible for circulating mock blood into and around the heart.

I had done an academic project named “POWER CONSUMPTION AND THRESHOLD VOLTAGE OF NONVOLATILE MULTIBIT 1T1R RESISTIVE RAM”.

Abstract:

Memristor-based random access memory (MRAM) is being explored as a potential replacement for flash memory to sustain the historic trends in the improvement of density, access time and energy consumption of non-volatile memory. Here, RRAM uses Titanium dioxide and Hafnium oxide based memristors with HSPICE simulations.
