Call Center Operations Agent

I am responsible to respond to customer requests in a fast-paced, high-volume call center for Motorola’s Government and Public Safety division. Customer requests arrive via telephone, e-mail and Motorola On-Line. The call center manages high priority dispatch requests for repairs of communications equipment for 911 centers, police and fire departments, hospital, military bases, and many other customers. Some of my responsibilities include, (but are not limited to), creating customer service requests, contacting appropriate field service technicians, communicating with internal technical support personnel, and creating orders for repair or replacement parts.
