Developed and executed a recruiting strategy to fuel a dynamic 400% headcount growth while keeping recruiting costs at a minimum. Reduced agency fees to zero in last 3 years.

Designed a total rewards strategy including compensation, benefits, incentive stock options, incentive plans, training and development funding to attract and retain both technology and sales employees.

Led the corporate-wide Learning Council for all brands. Worked closely with a cross-functional, cross-brand team to deliver a company-wide associate development strategy; trained 4000+ employees in all brands.

Developed and delivered the first Buyer training program for all Charming Shoppes brands that focused on

Developed the HR operating budget of $1.8 million from the ground up and successfully controlled expenses at budget through controlled stewardship, monthly updates and detailed reconciliations.
