•Operators and engineers completed process safety training courses, to reduce accidents which could involve loss of lives and materials in the plant caused by human error;

•Safe guards, operating, maintenance, and emergency procedures are in place and are adequate;

•Process hazard analysis has been performed for new facilities before startup.
