Specific skills and experience:

• I can have a role in the graphics department - ex. Design and produce covers, tabs, spines and build the books in house-sometimes send out tabs just because they come out really great when they are professionally done, but I have produced up to 70 tabs for a proposal in-house

• Print and collate the books after they are ready, inset fold-out sheets, etc.

• Work heavily on editing resumes - adding new projects and making sure they are consistent in layout, font and style, grammar and tense

• Involved in data collection, forms, addendum, materials from subs

• Adapt resumes to InDesign layout for a proposal, time consuming and very detail oriented, also format in Word and Publisher

• Project sheet review: insert new pictures, check grammar on all write-ups, crosscheck descriptions and info on projects

• Run corporate events – Ex. Corporate Run, project manager’s retreat, Christmas party and gifts to clients, creating attendance lists, tiers of gifts, and delivery in some instances

• Cover all firm events, ground breakings, topping off events, etc., I photograph and write a description of the event and attendees with their roles, many times people in the community, etc. for social media and website - then hand it off to people in charge of implementing social media.
