BASIC KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE RECEIVED
Construction: Assisted with project management in our family business with regards to
residential specification building, this includes, building planning and project
planning, budgeting, purchasing of materials, quality inspections, meeting with
site engineers and complying with NHBRC standards as our business is
registered.
In 2004 we built one house in the Northdene area with full finishes
including tiling and built-in-cupboards. This was a standard three bedroom
cottage with two bathrooms and an open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen.
In 2005 we built a similar project in the Hillary area and in 2006 we built
again in the Northdene area. Just completed 5 holiday units in the
Southport area in the Southcoast.
These units are also three bedrooms, two bathroom units with an open plan
Lounge, dining room and kitchen with 180 degree sea views. All of our
projects also included tarring of driveways and landscaping and garden
preparation and erection of retaining walls including provision for drainage
of storm water.
