Take inbound calls from customers who were stranded roadside in their rental vehicle and needed assistance. Ensure that all customers were accounted for and help was sent to assist them. Responsible for supplying customers with a new vehicle as quickly as possible. Transported disabled vehicle to a maintenance facility.
