Description:

The Residential Life department runs 8 residential halls currently which has a head count around 100 employees and most of them being student workers, and it has become a challenge to make their work schedule around their classes. Besides the operations are designed in a biweekly scheduling process for a convenient management of weekends for student workers. Henceforth, you will see the jargon A/B shift cycle in the document for referring this biweekly schedule. he main objective of this project is to design a system that would automate the solution for above stated problem.

Responsibilities:

Worked with Client and Project members to drive out requirements and implemented an elegant solution to the task at hand.

Designed and developed User Interface and server side script using ASP.NET and C#,HTML and Telerik Ajax controls and have worked with twitter bootstrap.

Used Jquery extensively to enhance the UI and to make application looks more dynamic and to perform client side validations and perform web service calls which returns a JSON object which is used to fill the form fields and made AJAX calls where ever necessary for auto filing fields and performing asynchronous calls.

Created Stored Procedures, Functions, and Triggers using T-SQL in Oracle to perform DML and DDL statements.

It covers the entire supply chain management cycle of industrial gas business starting from Quotations and Orders through to Product Issue and Returns and billing.

Includes Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) tools like Auto Ordering, Forecasting, Trending, Utilization, Alerts etc., and Includes customized billing options.
