OBJECTIVE

CRNP/FNP recently certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) in May 2015 with a Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) seeking position in outpatient clinic or hospital that focuses on the delivery of comprehensive health care, health maintenance and disease prevention.

As an employee at this facility, my goal is to utilize my education and broad clinical experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) to perform the role of a primary care provider.

My desire is to holistically manage patients’ acute and chronic health needs across all age spectrums; to establish relationships with my clients managing their comprehensive health care needs with the goal of improving their overall quality of life; and to keep them independent and healthy in the community.

As an employee, I will be a valuable asset to the community and facility by improving client health outcomes, demonstrated through consisistant performance based on measurable objective health outcomes and the implementation of evidence-based practice guidelines.

I am a single 27-year-old male and I can often be available for staffing needs with little notice.

In order to acquire DNP degree, I was required to complete twice the hands on clinical training as FNP only graduate.
