Project Management – provided all administrative support in matters of acquisition from start to completion - due diligence, auditing requested materials, negotiating selected terms and conditions, ordering and organizing the legal documents, scheduling all trips and meetings, and finalizing all the details to complete the final purchase.

We also completed 15 worldwide technology agreements.
