Contact tool pusher on those rigs and set up a scheduled time to perform assessments. Assess rig
crew’s of their basic knowledge of well control plans and procedures. Perform BOP drill and assess the
crew’s reaction. Hold meeting with rig crew and assess crews knowledge of well control equipment
use, function, and maintenance. Discuss any issues concerning the rig crews with the tool pusher.
Provide a detailed assessment of each member of the rig crew to the rig superintendent.
