Present RCM Manager

– Managed multiple capital projects at the plant level from the point of cost justification through equipment testing. These projects included but were not limited to an installation of a Bobst Master-Cut 145 die cutter in 2011 and a KBA Rapida 145 sheet fed press installation in 2012.

– Directed the maintenance activities of all outside contractors and an internal staff of 18 in a 24/7 environment.

– Identified recurring sources of lost production and developed preventative maintenance measures to eliminated these issues, resulting in a steady decline in unscheduled down time over the past four years, 51% in 2011 thru 2012 and 20% in 2013 thru April of 2014.

– Implemented a head count neutral restructuring of the maintenance department that resulted in a $55K reduction in outside service costs along with a 30% reduction in OT, resulting in a cost of labor reduction of $120K annually.

– Maintained a culture of proactive maintenance through continued use of TPM principles and predictive maintenance activities, including oil analysis, vibration analysis, thermo graphic scans and ultrasonic evaluations of the equipment.
