Working for testing the new business application for a leading Life insurance client in USA. This application is for creating and issuing a new life insurnace policy. Testing includes, agent validation, application submiting,underwriting and issing the policy. Complete end to end testing, which also includes more than 23 interfaces and various other applications like Sales force, Siebel, databases and web applications.

My Role is to participate in all the business review meetings with the client, understand the scope and requirments. Participate in test planing which includes schedule tests and resource allocations. Participate in defect review meetings and coordinate in all the testing deliverables.

used in the US(all states)Each state has diffirent state wise rules.

BNPPF is a Open UI Application, which has been upgraded from Sibele to Open UI. Open UI was a nee version and the testing was extensive to uncover all the new feature added with the application on the exisitng features.

Testing includes, manually testing the application developed, the data sent to other CRM systems, data received from other CRM system to the application developed(Bridges).

My role was to cordinate all the testing activities like preparing test execution plans, high level test scenarios. Report testing progress on daily/Weeekly basis both internally and to the client. Mange all the testing related metrics and defect management. Closely worked with the Development team.

Life Insurance application developed in AS400 platform. This project mainly deals with Life insurance and health insurance. I tested the ROP(Return of premium module). Testing mainly was being done on day 2 transsactions. A new benefit was introduced for some life

insurance products within company. Which was tested on all exisiting and new products. Testing includes premium

calulations, Claims, Polciy surender tranctions, benefit calaulations on each of these including policy maturiy and

aniversary.

My Role was to prepare and execute the test cases as per the schedule and report the defects.Provide daily status

update to the client and participate in defect triage meetings.

The application was developed in Siebel and being used by the call center agents. My role was to perform Functional testing using automation tool Quick Test professional.
